2. Free in-home estimate. We visit, measure, check the structure and utilities, and send a written, itemized quote, usually within 7 days.
3. Design and permits. We finalize the design and selections, submit plans to the City of Hayward, and handle every plan-check comment and inspection.
4. Build. Our in-house crew works on a set schedule, cleans up daily, and you have one point of contact the whole way.
5. Final walkthrough. We walk the finished project with you, close out the permit, and your 10-year workmanship warranty begins.
