2. Free in-home estimate. We visit, measure, check the structure, slope and utilities, and send a written, itemized quote, usually within 7 days.
3. Design, engineering and permits. We finalize the design, bring in engineering for hillside work when it’s needed, and submit plans to Alameda County Building Inspection, handling every plan-check comment and inspection.
4. Build. Our in-house crew works on a set schedule, cleans up daily, and you have one point of contact the whole way.
5. Final walkthrough. We walk the finished project with you, close out the permit, and your 10-year workmanship warranty begins.
