Founded in 2015 by Ray, Construction Remodeling in Bay Area grew out of a simple frustration:
too many Bay Area homeowners were getting burned by contractors who vanish after the deposit clears. So Ray built a different kind of company — one license, one in-house crew, one fixed-price contract, and one accountable name on every permit.
Since then we’ve completed 500+ remodels across San Jose, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Fremont, Hayward, San Francisco, Los Gatos, Oakland, and Walnut Creek. From mid-century Eichlers to San Francisco Victorians, our designers, project managers, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers work as a single team.
